ULTRASONIC CLEANING

Logikit can carry out any task related to the visual inspection of industrial hardware. When components arrive, our team cleans them to the client's specifications using an ultrasound process.

We comply on all points with industry requirements. This is why parts are cleaned following a standardized, step-by-step procedure :

• Two-stage washing
• Ultrasonic cleaning

• Forced-air drying

INSPECTION AND SORTING

At Logikit, components are inspected and sorted rigorously. To meet industry standards, the work is carried out in three stages :

• Manual sorting
• Visual inspection using 5 X and 8 X magnifying glasses
• Verification that government and client requirements are met

Each part is examined in detail. We take great care during the inspection process. If a component fails to meet strict industry standards, it is rejected and returned to the client for disposal. KITTING AND CERTIFICATION

Kitting requires time and storage space, which Logikit has in spades! Following the inspection of parts and components, we classify them using proven methods. This speeds up the shipping process and ensures the quality of the goods.

Used and new parts are checked and certified according to industry standards. All parts and components also meet client standards.

The certification step is fully computerized using SAP software to eliminate all risk of errors. We know that that being precise and consistent are the cornerstones of our business.
